He has been trained at King’s College Hospital, London, one of the world’s busiest centres for HPB surgery and Liver Transplantation in the world and had the opportunity to work under pioneers in the field of Liver Transplantation at St James University Hospital, Leeds which is among the top three Liver transplant centres in UK. He has worked as a Lead Retrieval Surgeon for National Organ Retrieval Services, UK. Dr. Yashavanth has undergone a Multi-organ retrieval training course (2020) from NORS, UK while participating in several research and publications

Safdarjung Hospital (Resident) : Postgraduate training at Safdarjung Hospital and as a resident at Medanta, Medicity .Managed major Hepato-biliary trauma cases including pancreatic injuries. Elective procedures like radical cholecystectomy, pancreatic resection, liver resection etc.
BLK Superspeciality Hospital (Consultant): His Experience at BLK Superspeciality Hospital got him closer to field of HPB and Liver Transplantation.

Apollo Hospital (Fellow/Assistant Transplant Surgeon) : At Apollo Hospital group he got trained in Multiorgan retrieval and Multivisceral transplantation with a special orientation towards Liver Surgery. He had the opportunity of learning about holistic care of a transplant patient including preoperative evaluation, peri-operative critical care and Immunosuppression.
