c.    If a doctor gives a second opinion, this must subsequently be discussed with your treating doctor, who is responsible for the immediate implementation of the treatment.
d.    Apollo Hospital expressly points out that a right to a second opinion only arises after the doctor has determined, after reviewing the documents provided, that remote opinion is possible and therefore creates the second opinion report.
